Reserve and Collect At Store

Combine the convenience of online shopping with the pleasure of face-to-face service using our Reserve & Collect facility. You can use our shop in the normal way, but collect your goods up to seven days later.

Choose your items and follow the normal checkout procedure, but select the Reserve & Collect option when you see it. You'll be able to give us any extra details about your order, and then just pop in to Nursery World Superstore when you're ready to collect your selected items! Please remember to call in and collect your items within seven days, as orders are automatically archived after a period of 7 days.

Please allow 48 working hrs from placing your order before collection to enable us to process your order. If you place your order over the weekend this will not be processed until Monday. Please be sure to complete your contact telephone details as well as your e-mail in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
