Mother of three has worked at Nursery World for more than 15 years. During this time she has built up extensive product knowledge and is able to offer expert advice to expectant parents.

Mum to be, baby due in August. In store baby consultant offering one to one advice to new parents at a time to suit the parents. Liaison officer to the NHS making frequent presentations to expectant mums at ante-natal classes in the region.

Trained technical support & after sales service. Able to offer advice on technical matters that customers sometimes have once their product is "on the road".
Carol
Mother of three and grandma of two. Passionate about child car seat safety. Fully trained by Britax and Maxi Cosi. Our staff trainer and liaises with Lancashire County Council. Has ability to offer special needs advice on Britax Car Seats.
