The Buzz 4 2010 new model has an additional seat unit called the XL seat. You get the "Comfort Cushion" seat which is used from 6-18 months and then you transfer to the XL seat for 18 months plus

This Quinny Dreami Carrycot is designed to fit onto your Buzz Stroller. It allows new born babies to lie flat up to approx 6 months. (0 - 9 kg)
